nhunter84 Report post Posted November 8, 2009 Well, I managed to slip away from Vet School up here in Colorado for the weekend and head back to my home state and hunt some country I am a little bit more familiar with. Had a good hunt and saw a lot of cool things. One being a lion which I got to watch try and kill a coues doe. The doe ended up seeing the lion and managed to escape before it could kill her. One of the photos you can see the lion and the coues in the same picture. It was pretty awesome to watch. Anyways, also managed to get a nice coues with the muzzleloader. The buck scored right around 90". The guy holding the head and cape is a buddy of mine that came along on the hunt. Here are some of the pictures. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
