azcoues Report post Posted October 29, 2009 My buddy is taking his 10 yo son hunting to 36b his wife insists on getting a motel because of the drug crap going on down there can you tell me where would the closest motel would be to that unit ,he wants to hunt ruby area but will change his strategies accordingly,thanks. azpackhorse Report post Posted October 29, 2009 Probably the closest, cheapest motel would be in Nogales,Az. If he wants to fork out some $ then check Rio Rico resort or Tubac. They could get a decent motel in Green Valley, which is not too bad of a drive. If I were going to stay in a motel and hunt 36b I would stay in Green Valley. I have hunted that area quite a few times and there are always people camping at the lake.
