rogeti Report post Posted October 29, 2009 I killed a whitetail buck this past weekend and the heart had white "pimples" all over it. It almost seems like fat sacs. They are in the muscle and inside the chambers. i found a few on the bottom of the tongue as well. The deer was in great shape and healthy. I will try to get a picture tomorrow of it. I have shown it to the game and fish here in Tucson. They had no idea and i plan to take it back tomorrow. Has anyone seen this or heard of this. Tim
