Packer Report post Posted October 27, 2009 What a fantastic deer and a great job on the hunt. I am curious to know how you arrived at 2.5 years of age? I would think it would be difficult to grow such great beams and width at such a young age. Again, huge congrats... I was second guessing myself as well on the age of the deer but upon inspecting its premolars there was very little wear and the third only had two cusps. I didn't say anything until the taxidermist confirmed my suspicion of its age. Aaron

cdenton Report post Posted November 2, 2009 Aaron, Congrats on an awesome buck. Great lookin country. Well deserved buck. Thanks Charlie, did you ever find your buck? No I hunted him hard. I think he hung in the thick stuff underneath me the whole hunt and I waited for him to make a mistake but he never did unless it was at night. I decided to get aggressive and sneak thru where I know he beds the last day and I believe I jumped him and his buddy at 40 yards but it is a jungle. I guess he didn't get big by being dumb. You find me any big bulls?
