azhuntnut Report post Posted October 25, 2009 I was out yesterday doin some scouting for muleys, plus calling for dogs. When it started to get hot I decided to hit a pond that held a bunch of bluegill. I was walking to the back of my truck to add some bait when I saw something run through the brush. I decided to grab my gun and walk the edge hoping maybe I could get a shot at what I saw. I noticed some movement up ahead of me about 100 yards and glassed up a bobcat. I mouth sqeaked and got him to turn around for a shot. I stopped him with one shot from my AR using 68 grain hollow points. The coat was in great shape, so I am having a full mount done.
