jonscaife Report post Posted October 19, 2009 i was thinking about trading a buddie of mine for his 2003 hoyt vortex. i was wondering what any of you guys thought of this bow. im currently shooting a 2004 pse thunderbolt. do you think this would be an upgrade? do you know any of the specs? any info would help. thnx guys Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
BowNut Report post Posted October 19, 2009 The Vortec was made in 2001 and 2002. Not sure of specs as far as speed but you can go to the Hoyt site click on customer service and then tune charts and the year and it will give you cams and draw lengths. Not sure if I would consider it an up grade but shoot it and see if you like it. If it shoots better for you then maybe it is. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
