DesertBull Report post Posted June 16, 2005 Maybe the Barred Owls are genetically superior to the Spotted Owls and nature is just running it's course? I predict that we will see this headline in the near future. "Federal officials, fresh off of a very successful Spotted Owl recovery operation, will start shooting the nocturnal creatures in order to save the rapidly decreasing field mice population. Story at ten"
MattMan Report post Posted June 16, 2005 It never ceases to amaze me how the same people who preach evolution strive so hard to keep everything exactly the same. Maybe spotted owls have been on the decline for the last 10,000 years?
az4life Report post Posted June 16, 2005 After listening to the AZGFD guys tonight, talk about not letting the deer on Kaibab reach their own natural population high point, to prevent them from "harming themselves", I think there must be something strange in the water. Or maybe this is the twilight zone?
