For those who don't know, the owner has completed the "North American 29" - all with the same rifle, and has all the mounts in his restaurant. The menu features game meat as well - elk, antelope, buffalo. The special that night was "kangaroo medallions". Anyway, I had steak and it was awesome. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted September 29, 2009 The owners of Trophy's Steakhouse also donated to the AZ Deer Association fundraiser a few months ago and they agreed to give CouesWhitetail.com a discount for having a dinner there. I am still trying to figure a date when we should do a get together there. It's hard to do during the hunting seasons. They have a small room in the back that has the deer mounts in it. We would love to go with a group of CWT people, and having a banquet there sounds like a lot of fun!!!
