Desert Bighorns

Recommended Posts

This week on my way to Lost Wages (Las Vegas), as I was driving through Boulder there was a herd of big horns off the side of the road in almost in Boulder.....they were there both days, these things did not have a care in the world.

It was cool seeing them, pictures are from my Blackberry.

Very cool! I have been that way a few times the last couple years and have yet to see some. Our janitor at work was up there last week and saw them. May have been the same bunch as he said they were right before Boulder.

Nice. It is crazy at how comfortable these things get sometimes around civilization. A buddy of mine in Morenci sends me photos of them hanging around town like its no big deal. Here is the latest he sent me. post-3182-1254157194.jpgpost-3182-1254175605.jpg

We were coming back from Morenci a few weeks ago after my sons football game and the whole herd was standing right on the edge of the road. It was pretty cool to see them up close. AG
