lucky2hunt Report post Posted September 28, 2009 Thanks everyone! Before I left camp, I helped a 13 year old boy get his first elk with a bow also. He sat in my blind at the same wallow I was at, it was his last night of hunting, he had to go back to school the next day. He harvested a nice 6x6, I think I was more excited for him than I was when mine went down. We helped him and his dad clean and load it in the truck, that kid was walking on air, it was pretty neat. That was awesome of you to do such a great deed and you will be rewarded many great hunts from the hunting Gods because of it.
