Cabelas 12x12 "Alaknak" Wall tent (SOLD)

I have for sale a Cabelas 12x12 "Alaknak Wall Tent". This tent comes with an optional Clip in floor. ($100 add on) This tent sold for $670 plus $100 for the floor. (Cabelas had it on sale for $550 + $100 for the floor) last week, but sold out in one day!) I will sell this tent for $450.

Can one person set this thing up? How many times have you used it and why are you selling it? It looks like a nice tent. I might be interested in it but it looks like a pain in the @$$ to set up.
