Rain on the way?

Recommended Posts

Man I hope so! In my 24 years in Tucson (half of which, I didnt pay attention to the rain) this is one of the driest monsoons I have seen!

I have not seen the north counrty as dry as it is right now in all the years that I have been going. 5bs is bone dry. let it rain.

I am going to 5Bsouth on the 8th for my cow hunt....pretty dry huh....I heard there is a large concentration of ELK hanging around and in Mormon lake....watering and keeping cool. Hope they are not all concentrated up there.

Guess we'll all be fighting over what water holes there are left.

Hope it is not too wet in 2B this weekend, taking my son up to help a friend with a muzzle loader speed goat hunt. It will be my sons first real life hunting trip. ;)

I saw appx 150 elk at Mormon Lake on Friday at about 2:00 pm. There was quite a crowd of spectators watching from the road.

i don't think it had anything to do with the hurricane, but we got about 5/8" at the rancho neglecto last night. good rain. it was purty muddy on my mornin' ride. got more rain last night than we've had combined all summer. glad it did too, i needed a shower. Lark.

I have the 5b north bull tag this month I sure hope it rains cuz if 5b south is dry that means north has got to be dryer than a popcorn fart.
