CouesWhitetail Report post Posted August 18, 2009 Eddy Corona called to tell me he has received the donation of a couple of Whitetail tags for Unit 31. He is looking for kids that are interested in that hunt and also guys that can help guide the kids. To be eligible for the hunt, the child has to between ages 10-17, have taken hunter ed, and meet one of these criteria: 1. Have some sort of disability or illness (life-threatening or not), 2. Be a child of a fireman, policeman or military person who has died. If you know a child that would meet the criteria, please contact Eddy Corona. http://www.outdoorexperienceforall.org If you are interested in helping on these hunts, let me or Eddy know. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted August 25, 2009 It's actually the October hunt. Oct 23-29, but they will likely only do the kids' hunts over the weekend Fri 10/23 to Sun 10/25.
