Some July Covert II pics.

Recommended Posts

I went and retrieved the card on one of my cameras that's been out for 2 months. Unfortunately the card filled up at 904 pictures and my last picture was July 17.

I have a nontypical that showed up, my first since I started trailcamming, and I'm really curious as to how he turns out.

This buck came in and was not happy to find a bunch of carp deer on "his" salt!!

This looks like a nice big buck, maybe the big typical we've been after for the last two years.

Here's the nontypical. The first photo is from July 3 and the last 3 are 14 days later. It's amazing how fast those horns grow!

Definitely need to let him grow, just imagine the right side base one day as big as the non-typ side... and the non-typ side lookin like an elk horn! ;)

904 pictures!! How long did it take to go through them? The 1st few days of your 7 off I'll bet, lol!!

Danny, I'm sure you do miss it. Are you coming back soon?

It does favor the Breshears' buck. I think it's the same general area or at least within 4 or 5 miles.

Nice non-typ buck.. He's got some nice character and still will be a keeper real soon! Any updates on that "alaskan" bear?
