hawkeye Report post Posted July 31, 2009 This is a photo of my grandfather who was 73 when he got his first deer. He had been hunting for years but had never harvested a deer. He shot this just above the forks in the Pinals. He's been gone for over 28 years but he would have loved to see this photo online. I spent many an evening with hime hunting quail after school. If you notice he didn't even show off the antlers. I wish I had some pics of the rack. If I remember right it was a pretty good buck. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
