If you contact any offic ethey will forward you to the proper lady ( I forgot her name) She will send you a scanned copy in pdf by e-mail.... I Know from experience since the last guy on our elk app forgot to put his lic number and it was overlooked by the guy who dropped it off... JLG Report post Posted July 23, 2009 I have been taking Photo copies of my applications and checks the last 2 or 3 years. I usually, fill it out one day and take it down to G & F the next. I inadvertently marked "non-resident" and they "rejected" me for not paying enough (I paid the resident fee because I am a resident). I think that if they take your application fee of $7.50 then they should at least give you the bonus point because that’s what they charge for a bonus point. It hurts to mess up like I did and miss out on the draw but it’s even worse to not get the bonus point. I wouldn't want to take a tag from someone who did everything right but missing out the draw AND bonus point is demoralizing. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I felt your pain a few years back when my brother forgot to sign his part of the app. Needless to say, I've taken charge of the apps. since then.
