azcoues Report post Posted July 22, 2009 an ohio couple AKA trailer trash have been charged with letting rats completely bite off the toes of their 6 month old daughter.Now if I was the detective on that case that would be the last one i was on there would be 2 less trash in this world.This type off stuff just chaps my hide ,what would be the proper punishment for these people and not just jail time.
