I have used the guys on Cloud road in QC ( I think it's Southwestern) and they have done an excellent job. They make some really nice pepperoni sticks too.

 

I have used the one in Springerville across from McDonalds and they suck big time. Sorry!

 

I agree with you that the one across from Mcdonalds does indeed do a crappy job!!!! This New guy In springerville single tree is on the other side of town. Seems good! Anyways my 2 cents

I got a bull tag in 5B,going to try and do my own if lucky enough to down one this year(rubbing good luck charms),my friend has done his own butchering as long as Ive known him and it all comes out great.Ive kinda been lazy .we owned a small meat packing plant in eastern Wa when i was growing up and I used to work the kill floor.Comes in handy when time to field dress :rolleyes:

Jonathon is the man, he accepts game at any hour day or night with an ahead phone call. I wouldn't go anywhere else. WGP is an A plus business!!!!

The best cutter in the Tucson area is by far WGP ,wild game processing,Jonathan is is name,his cuts look like artwork. He is of Ruthrauff Road,call him at 520-349-9635,does great sausage,chorizo,snack sticks,you name it,has a smoker.

I grew up by Benson, and we always used Willcox Meat Packers....they always did a GREAT job! GREAT Chorizo. But I'm doubting you'll be heading down that far south.
