muskrat Report post Posted April 27, 2005 I'm working with a scent company who is working on adding some new products to their line. Mule deer is next, they have elk now, and of course - several whitetail offerings. I told them that I had heard several varying opinions on whether "regular" whitetail scents worked on Coues Deer. I said I would check with the experts, and see whether I could develop a consensus on whether it would be worth looking into a "Coues-specific" scent. What are your opinions? couesdiehard Report post Posted April 27, 2005 Muskrat; heck I would wear it everyday like aftershave. That would drive the ladies crazy. Come to think of it, I would probably have to live with the deer anyway cause the wife wouldn't let me back in the house smellin' that good! Lee
TREESTANDMAN Report post Posted April 27, 2005 I think Coues specific scent would market very well here in AZ. I have had some success w/ eastern whitetail urine but if I had the choice, I would choose the coues urine.

az4life Report post Posted May 4, 2005 Not sure it would have a long enough shelf life.
BASS Report post Posted May 5, 2005 Not sure it would have a long enough shelf life. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm sure the wife wouldn't mind it next to the hot sauce in the cooler.
