Neighbor's yard

One of our neighbors thought they were hearing a mtn lion at night on their property. They are familiar with the sounds that bobcats make and they said this sounded like it, but much bigger.

 

Anyway, I put out a couple Covert 1 cams and left them for a few days. Got lost of pics of critters.

 

 

When I saw this one I thought, wow, they were right! But then I realized it was just a house cat!

Looks like they have an entire ecosystem in their back yard! Great pics!

I wonder what took that leg off the javelina and punched that hole in the side of the rabbit. their propery borders the USFS land, so they have a great amount of wildlife.

 

They even had some of my beloved coues deer come in....

Attack chipmunks are hard to train but once you do the bad guys better watch their nuts.
