Red Rabbit Report post Posted July 14, 2009 How do they figure the points for a round? Is it just your score from the rings on teh target or is there a factor or something else that gets calculated in? There are rings for 12, 10 and 8 points. The animal body is 5 pts. Each course had 20 targets, and the total points was for 2 days with 40 targets total.
JMP Report post Posted July 14, 2009 I didn't shoot it competitvely, but it made me wonder. Are the scores just based on the honor code? I mean, I've been to enough golf tourney's to know how that works.
Red Rabbit Report post Posted July 14, 2009 The groups are randomly put together. Double scoring where there are two score cards for each person being filled out by 2 separate people. Two others generally call the scores. Our group had a magnifying glass broke out a couple of times to call arrows close to the line.
Az Hunter Report post Posted July 15, 2009 Each course had 20 targets, and the total points was for 2 days with 40 targets total. AWE there it is. I was thinking they were 15 target courses like the fun courses were. That's why the scores looked so high.
