PhxHunt Report post Posted July 1, 2009 They deposit all of the checks then do the drawing and then refund to those who were not drawn.
Red Rabbit Report post Posted July 1, 2009 Everyone's checks and money orders get cashed. If not drawn or if rejected, one will receive a refund warrant check, less the $7.50 application fee. Hopefully, we will receive sticky tags instead. Having one's check cashed is not an indication that one was drawn. One can only conclude that the application was received and is being processed. That one could be someone (who wishes to remain nameless and anonynous as a "rejected" soul), anyone who gets lucky, everyone (who put in for a 100% draw), or just "one" (being "the loneliest number" from Three Dog Nightmusic days. I don't know Doug - I'm really getting excited to get my refund checks - it's almost like free money. The anticipation of what I can spend the money on is just killing me . I think I might go scouting this weekend for what to buy. Come on refund!!
