Extreme Coues

wall tent frame

Recommended Posts

Made mine and saved $$$$$$. I welded all the angles ( 1-1/4" to make all the angles peices and 1" for all the legs and rafters ) and just make sure to smooth all surfaces on all your angles brackets ;) I believe that I used 1-1/4" conduit for the 1" to slip in to.

I think you can buy the angle brackets and than just go buy the conduit and cut it yourself and save some money that way as well?

Yep. You can buy the angles on EBAY fairly cheap and cut your own conduit.

I bought the angles and cut conduit for mine as well. Like previously said, make sure the cut ends arent sharp. I tried to keep all my lengths around 5' for packing purposes and used connectors. Also make sure that your measurements are a lil less then strong. And mark each tube so you dont get confused over the years. the minus is the weight. conduit is much heavier then aluminum. I think sportsmans sells em, but they sure aint cheap.
