TREESTANDMAN Report post Posted June 22, 2009 These bino's are awesome! Have a transferable warrantee. They sell for $1199.00 at sportsmans warehouse but are on sale for Fathers day for $899.00. It is a Single Level 3800 sq ft 5 bed + den, 4 car garage home on the border of Gilbert and QC. We purchased it for $385K in Oct of last year and it's up for sale for $275K!!!
