More D Report post Posted June 12, 2009 Wildfire Burning SW Of Tucson 06-12-2009 5:21 AM (Baboquivari Mountains, AZ) -- A wildfire is burning about 60 miles southwest of Tucson. It's being reported the blaze started Thursday afternoon in the Baboquivari Mountains which are located in the area near Elk Horn Ranch and Kitt Peak. The fire is about 40 acres big and is apparently burning in an area and direction which is not threatening people or buildings. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
