These are serious times," said Barack Obama recently. "And they call for a serious debate about where we need to take the nation.”[5] That's true! So where does he want "to take our nation?" How does his version of "service" fit his vision of CHANGE? And what will it cost in terms of freedom, privacy, taxes, and government control?

There's nothing wrong with the old voluntary, personal service to the poor and needy. For centuries, Christian missionaries have given their lives and comforts to serve God among the sick, hungry and dying people in distant parts of the world. Others have shown the same God-given compassion in their own community. They demonstrated His love, shared His life-saving Truths, and brought hope as well as help to the needy.

Obama's plan is radically different. Aimed at socialist change, it would raise "religious" boundaries, limit free speech, and ban divisive truths. It must be tolerant of today's amoral values and militantly intolerant toward traditional values. And -- like the tactics outlined in Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" -- it would use deception and "agitation" to create conflict, and the Hegelian/Marxist dialectic process to manipulate minds and establish the planned solidarity.[6]

Obama learned it all during his years as "Community Organizer" in Chicago.

The transforming power of "SERVICE LEARNING" "Service learning" isn't a new phenomenon. It has been well tested by U.S. educators for more than a decade. What's new is the scale of Obama's plan. His massive system would press students and citizens of all ages in a revolutionary government-led program to change the way we think and relate to each other.

Even the conservative talk hosts are careful to say that they believe Obama loves this country and that he is doing what he really believes he should do by (wrongly) pushing his socialist agenda.

 

My butt! He's a flippin' communist.

 

His goal is to bankrupt the United States and push us into a one-world economy. Our greatest financial deficit was achieved last year, and Obama is going to up that times 4!

 

The national civilian security force will be used to confiscate the nations guns. Mere speculation on my part? I sure hope so. But why have this additional force?

 

This is the first year ever that the executive branch was not represented at the national day of prayer, when other presidents attended, called for, and or lead the nation in prayer.

 

Obama meets with, shakes hands, and bows to foriegn leaders that verbally slam us to our face and stab us in the back, yet he now refuses to meet with Isreal's prime minister.

 

Obama is considering circumventing the congress and abolishing the law of our military that bans homosexuals. Even members of congress that are in favor of abolishing the law are rightfully upset about this plan. Congress is one of the three branches of our government that affords ballance. The president is not supposed to have all the power. People accuse Bush of ram-rodding us into the Iraq war, yet ran it through congress like he's supposed to do, and they voted for it.

 

And the people of this country love him.

I hate politics and would rather vote for who I feel is right for my town,County,State an Federal government and all should work out in a few years if the people are wrong that had the majority.

I am afraid this time that it is not the case.

I am VERY worried about how much damage he can do in 4 years

Maybe what I posted is BS and a bunch of radicals but I have my doubts.

Take it all with a grain of salt but just watch very close before it gets out of hand.

Media lemmings and dumbed down public screwel indoctrinated masses have been looking for a leader who will take care of teir every need and they found someone who promises what they want in Mr Obama.

 

What they fail to realize is the government that is big enough to give everything you want, is also big enough to take everything you have.
