It is mounted on a custom slide in receiver hitch mount (can mount on the front or rear of your vehicle) It come with the power cables, plug in remote, and roller fair lead. I don't know if that is new or old, but I do know that the 3 or 4 times I have needed it on lion hunts it has save my @$$. Let me know if interested.
