Looks like a very nice area. That memorial is very cool. Great pics, thans for sharing!

 

 

Seeing your photo of that memorial brought back my memories of Phil Cosper, the grandson of Fred Fritz, whom I knew as a former assistant director of the Arizona Game and Fish Department. Wonder if he still is alive? If he is, and someone knows him, please let him know I said hello.

great write up and pictures snapshot! I have been there many times and spent many summers on the grammer ranch down in the bottom of Juan Miller earning my summer money. Brings back many memories thanks again for sharing. There are some monter deer in them hills!

Yea that's the one. The Grammers managed it for Bob Fletcher. I'm not sure who is running it now but Bob still owns or at least he did as of about 8 months ago. The Grammers are retired and spend their summers at their place on Beaver Creek near the old Beaverhead lodge, and thier winters in Tennesse.

That is some neat looking country Brent. No wonder you like to go there. I take it you were by yourself on this trip. My wife hates it when I do the same but she doesn't understand it is in my blood and I can't get enough of the outdoors. Them were some awesome pictures of the country side. Thanks! :)
