Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted April 14, 2009 A few weeks back I was in Bull Basin and tried a few new bows out and was very impressed! So much so that I really want a new bow for the summer and next years deer hunts (since that is the only tag I can seem to get) .... But I also saw some new sights and rests that I really liked and just thought it would be great to see what guys are setting up this year.... and what is the latest an greatest!!! Post um' up!!!! Trophy Taker Xtreme full containment drop away rest. The new tight spot quiver. I love my set-up. Dennis O yeah I forgot 6A west Bull Elk tag!!!!!!!!!!! grizzly Report post Posted April 14, 2009 Im sticking with my Mathew Drenalin LD this year, but I did just put on a new XR sight by G5. Great sight and I have been looking for something like this for years. It is a 4 pin sight, the top 3 pins are fixed and the bottom one adjusts easily and independantly of the other 3. PSE F-35 sight, phantom rest, 3/16 G5 peep, trophy ridge 2 piece 5 arrow quiver, limbsaver stalilizer and dampeners. 80 lb limbs, set to 75 lbs, and 30 inch draw. I will post photos when it arrives. Current setup... 60lbs - 28" draw Sight: Extreme RT900 Rest: Trophy Ridge Whisker biscuit (going to try out a Trophy Taker Xtreme FC Angled Slot Fall Away in the next month) Arrows: Easton Full Metal Jacket, with AAE Max hunter vanes Broadheads: Turkey - Vortex 100gr, Archery deer - 2 blade Rage, Elk will be either Slick Trick Magnums or Montec G5's.
