SunDevil Report post Posted March 31, 2009 the trick is to wear your CWT.com shirt when you are turkey hunting. just got back last night. got this merriams at 6:15 saturday morning. blackdog called him in and I nailed him at 41 yards with some 4 shot. very windy weekend. it snowed thursday evening and it was 14 degrees friday morning. this bird had a nine inch beard. up next, goulds turkey on april 24th. Non-Typical Solutions Report post Posted March 31, 2009 Nice job on the turkey.....on our way over the rim on Saturday, we stopped and watched about 20 turkey on the side of the road, two toms were strutting like heck, I think they must have been a couple of jakes cause there was one long bearded tom sitting off to the side just watching the show........turkey fever hit.....I am getting a tag for my kid...............
