CEI Report post Posted March 23, 2009 Just thought I would remind you all that the AZ G&F seem to be very vocal about this law lately. Take a look at the link (middle of the page): http://azgfd.net/artman/publish/WildlifeNe...h-12-2009.shtml I would hate to see someone get a ticket or lose their privilege to hunt for a few years. Just be aware, as I know we have all picked them up over the years and it has now turned into a nightmare.
Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted March 23, 2009 Wan't there a thread on here a while back that clarified the rule??? Seems we hear this every year but it truely means nothing... I seen a hair on 340-350 class elk head going down the highway last week on a trailer with a quad.... ... those boys didn't look too worried about the law! CEI Report post Posted March 23, 2009 I know the law has been around for a while and I don't think it will be a huge issue but if you happen to pick up a big set and someone hears about it, be preparded to take them to the site. The G&F published the law in the last set of hunting regs and I don't know why you would waste print if you don't plan on enforcing the law. If guys want to bank on the G&F not writing a ticket, then they are willing to give up more than I am. To each his own but just be aware...
