azcouesandelk Report post Posted March 22, 2009 Alright folks we had the Arizona Elk Society banquet last night and a much needed thank you goes out to all the people who attended, the donors and all the volunteers. Even with the bad economy many people showed up and bought lots of tickets and kept raising hands in the live auction. One of the highlights of the night was the AZ Commisioner elk tag that was auctioned off for $140,000! There was alot of great hunts and alot of great prizes and hopefully everybody went home happy. Normally the elk tag goes for around 125k so it was a good year for us.
