Child Crisis Arizona acquired Whispering Hope Ranch in Payson, AZ. This is a special place where they host outdoor events for children with disabilities and they are in the process of expanding the reach to foster kids and family functions for their clients in Phoenix. They are hustling to complete a fishing dock that accommodates all children regardless of their disability with wheelchair access and other special functionality. There is a donation match from AR Mays Construction up to $100,000. They are trying to raise the additional $50,000 before the end of May so it is operational by this summer. Below is a link to donate specifically to this project. A couple things to keep in mind: Your donation is eligible for the AZ state tax credit for the 2025 tax year The limits have been indexed up to $618 for single and $1,234 Remember these are tax credits meaning you will get your donation back up to those limits dollar-for-dollar when it is taken off your state tax liability for 2025 When you click on this link be sure to select “WHR- Casting Hope” in the drop down menu for “purpose of donation” In the drop-down menu there will be an option that says “Tax Credit” DO NOT select this.
