Going next weekend for a couple days

Any  info be helpful.

We were there on 3/30 crappie fishing. 
 

we caught a few in 12-15 ft of water just in front of sticks on slip bobbers and minnows around 8 ft

 

thr bass guys we saw were doing well on cranks and swim baits

I might head out there too, if I can get my boat running.

I’ve never fished it before.

The fishing has been good but there have been a lot of tournaments.  We caught 70 in two days last week and did well in the tournament.   Fishing slowed down a lot the second day when the weather rolled in.

We fished the DPS tournament and slammed the bass. Most were small but we did get 24# in two dats for 12th place. Most came on plastics from 5-20’. Jigs caught bigger fish than drop shot.

I was there last weekend and caught a bunch of bass from bank and boat.  I'm a terrible fisherman too.  Just throw something out there, let it drop, wiggle it around and yep bass.

We were there as well for the tournament but caught most on action baits.
