Tal-wi-wi lodge new restaurant

Recommended Posts

I’ve been getting a lot of emails about the new restaurant at the lodge (I’ve stayed there a few times over the past couple years. I just opened the menu link and noticed $24.00 burgers! Has anyone taken the leap yet? Curious if it’s worth the convenience if I’m up there this summer/fall.

I have a good buddy who has (2) cabins a stone throws from there. Often thought about stopping in there, but at $24 a burger not gonna happen.

Well that’s crazy but I love hearing that name because we stayed and hunted out of there with my dad, mom, and even my grandma in 1997. Where does the time go

We drove up years ago and got snowed in. They gave us a few days for free since we couldn’t leave and were broke and they couldn’t get the new customers in lol. Top notch service everytime.

I’m not trying to complain about the price honestly. Cheaper in alpine for sure but you have to drive to alpine. If your done hunting/fishing, just had a drink or two….. that price is well worth not leaving! But if you haven’t done that then I wonder? I hate seeing small business go under

I've gotten the recent blast of emails too. Haven't tried the restaurant yet, but nice to see it's under new management at least. From what I understood it sold a few years back and the new management closed the restaurant. Customer service for the lodge/ rooms also went downhill too from there. Price list for the rooms shows a significant increase too... hope they can make it.

Aspen Lodge.

I don't even know where that one is.

My dad lives in Nutrioso so I'm in that area quite a bit.
