CouesFanatic Report post Posted Tuesday at 10:54 PM I'm glad. There is a lot of locked land that the public should have access to. Corner crossing should be legal nation wide.
CatfishKev Report post Posted Tuesday at 11:13 PM That's great news! I was curious how that would pan out and I gotta say I'm in 100% agreement. I hope other states start to follow this logical way of thinking.

This decision sets a fantastic precedent for all of us that hunt in the west! bill Unfortunately, its only going to be valid in the states listed within the US 10th Circuit Court. That case won't apply to us in the US 9th Circuit Court in Arizona and most of the rest of the western states. I hope the 9th will see it and uphold it, but the two courts don't always talk to each other and work together. I've learned this though having to work on projects in both Arizona and NM. AZ is in the 9th Circuit and NM is in the 10th circuit. The processes we have to follow for the same project (cross-state) are completely different because of the differing circuit court jurisdictions. https://www.uscourts.gov/file/document/us-federal-courts-circuit-map
Bowman1964 Report post Posted Friday at 04:25 AM True & Agree IA Born. Just “hoping” that the 9th Circuit will follow suit. Of course, it’s the 9th Circuit, so one never knows! 😂
MogollonMan Report post Posted Friday at 03:13 PM Wealthy landowners buy checkerboard parcels for a reason, basically 100% ownership for half the price. This would kill that. Fantastic and fingers crossed this spread nationwide.

I know enough to know its a crap-shoot with both.
