This unit is 22.5’ overall length, weighs 3700 lbs dry and has a GVWR rating of 4900 with a tongue weight of 512lbs. Very easy to tow with a 1/2 ton vehicle. Single axle, 37 gal fresh water, 30 gal black and grey, 13500 btu AC, propane heater, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 6 gallon heated water tank, undercarriage tank heating for cold weather, Murphy bed/couch, booth table/bed, rear bunkhouse and bathroom/toilet/shower, stereo/interior/exterior speakers, awning, exterior rear shower, slide out exterior propane cooktop/griddle, front and rear exterior storage.
