Ibex in New Mexico would be sweet!  Might have to figure out how to kill a mountain goat at some point in my life.

Sheep or exotics have never done anything for me.  I dream about hunting big deer & big elk with bow and arrow during the peak of the rut.  Would like to get a lion and bear with my bow too.

My once in a lifetime UT mountain goat hunt was pretty epic along with my desert bighorn. A moose would be next on my list..

I've been pretty lucky to get to hunt a lot of my dream hunts and some of them multiple times. Definitely not because I have a ton of disposable income, but because I have 3 sisters and a good high school Buddy that moved to AK and my Brother-in-Laws and my Buddy are willing to go along with about anything I research and want to try.  I grew up dreaming of hunting and trapping AK, but figured I'd never get the chance, or at the most maybe once or twice. Fast forward until now and it's still hard to believe that I've been so furtunate. I've been able to see some incredible places by boat, bush plane and backpacking all DIY on our own. Between all of them, they have about every form of transportation needed in AK (Plane, boats, argos, sxs etc.) and they are willing to backpack in with me when I want also.

A coues deer and javelina was another dream hunt that I got lucky and made happen a few times now and it definitely didn't disappoint! I think the adventure of different places and species than we have close to home adds some excitement that comes with the unknown and learning :).

Very good friend of mine always put his sons and himself for this hunt.
his youngest son got a tag as a youth and filled it.
the very next year he was of adult age and his dad once again put him in for the hunt…..he got drawn again.
lucky guy.
and killed another great bull.
I’d say he accomplished what many never will.

My in state dream hunt was desert bighorn sheep, finally drew it after 51 years of applying.

My other dream hunts i did in Alaska. Had to barrow the funds for one of the hunts. The other two came by a lot of research, and finding affordable hunts, be it late cancelation and so forth. These hunts were many years ago, prices have inflated 100 to 200 % in the last 5 years.

My dream hunt that i will never get now was a stone sheep hunt,

I hear this is getting harder and harder to draw (or maybe just harder to kill if you draw)…apparently trying to reduce/eliminate them and reintroduce bighorn.

Same here. Big rutting desert muleys with a bow is one of my passions.
