Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted March 13, 2009 Colton called me today at work and asked where I was at... and he was Excited!! "BIG Coues shed!" he said. He had gone lookin' for brownies in a place known for elk and carp deer... and what does he find??? Coues!! That's my Boy!! What makes this horn even better is the fact that he found it not 50 ft from where he jumped the previous owner of the horn and his 100+ inch buddy!!! He saw the two bucks (and the big one is better this year than the shed) and after they moved on he walked over to where they were and found this side rack!! What a day... and I'm guessing I know where he is putting in for deer first choice!!! I put a quick tape on it tonight and the side should score between 55" -57 1/2"... I have a couple of issues on the mass and will check with Clay on them next week... but is a Toad either way!!!
