Big Browns Report post Posted Wednesday at 02:47 AM FYI, g&f called me last week, because apparently they had received numerous complaints about me using an unauthorized weapon during the HAM hunt. The Officer called to inform me that I did nothing wrong and that my AR Pistol in the configuration shown in the picture is 100% legal! I’d be willing to bet 80% or higher of AZGFD cases are due to public tips, if you have nothing to hide or have done nothing wrong a call from AZGFD shouldn’t be a big deal. I have no problem calling someone in either and have before but I will make sure that the person actually is breaking the law and not waste everyone's time. I would say by the AZGFD definition of handgun and the picture provided and the fact that there were numerous calls it wasn’t a waist of the probably 5-10 minute phone call.
