Hearing protection for quail hunting

What hearing protection do you all use for quail hunting,  if any?  Went out a few times this year without it but really want to invest in something that will protect my ears but still allow me to hear birds flush and move around in brush. Looking into the electronic style but with great battery life.

Sordin Pro X with gel cups is what I use. Works really well and get good battery life. I use Tenergy Premium Pro batteries in them.

For muffs, I have a pair of peltor sports that I wear shooting pigeons Dove Quail Ducks etc. They're fantastic. For buds I had a pair of Axil, they are pretty great too as they do Bluetooth as well but I have lost them recently, one down side.

I use my old walker game ears.

Walkers Razor Slim from Amazon. 34$ Takes AAA batteries. Hard to beat.

Nothing, gots to listen for them. Aren't hear helpers outlawed or is that only big game.

Not looking for anything to amplify. Just to allow to hear and still protect.

Lots of good suggestions.  One that has not been mentioned are the 3M Peltor EEP-100's.  Affordable, rechargeable.  Have had best luck with Skull Screw ear tips - an extra item but many have found these better than the included ear tips.
