MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted January 20 Having a really bad time with this industry, anyone have experience with an AZ roof company that does flat roof foam spray and coatings? Thanks
Roofer Billy Report post Posted January 20 Right Way Roofing ... Foam Roofing is very expensive. How big of job are you talking about?
5nRamirez Report post Posted January 20 Put down a 4in insulation board with a 1/2" coversheet with a tried and true BUR system. You will get the R value without spraying foam on everything. If your stuck on foam look into the Tucson Foam Expert Roofing.

MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted January 28 Thanks for the info, my roof is perfect for 20 years so not sure why they suck. Great insulation. I’m doing ac units before summer and need repair after the fact and a full recoat of paint. Just have been through 4 big companies who are terrible service so I refuse to work with them. I’ll try this one.
PRDATR Report post Posted January 29 I used Star Roofing to reseal two buildings a few years ago and was extremely pleased with their work. I had called 4-5 companies and Joel came out when he said he would and did the measurements and turned around an estimate pretty quick. His crews showed up when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. We had a small leak that monsoon season and they were out the next day to make repairs to the flashing.

Thanks of the help, Finally completed this project. Star doesnt do residential and refered me to Deversified, They did a good job in the end but man was it a nightmare. The trades companies these days are awful to deal with. Wish I could just talk to the crews and cut out the office.

There has been such an influx of unskilled labor over the last 25 years that you almost need to know as much about each trade as the company you hire. At my complex they hired a contractor to install some block partition fences. These bozos dug and poured the footing in the morning and by noon were laying block. a short wall maybe 20' long. Three columns and the middle one is 1/2" shorter in height so the wall on either side is out of level and slopes to the center with one column on the end is 3/4" out of plumb.
