I hate the taste of javelina but love hunting them. We used to give them away as well but moved last year. Killed one yesterday and decided to make it into jerky, heck with enough seasoning and a good marinade witch is normally anything and everything in the fridge I think you could probably make a dog turd taste decent 😂

Quit being lazy and spend a little effort. We make chorizo, breakfast sausage, summer sausage; jerky and this year added brat patties that are awesome.   If you hunt them figure out a way to enjoy them or don’t hunt them and if you leave them in the ditch you are a piece of poaching shat that I hope gets busted at some point. Have some respect for the animal you killed. And predators are not game animals. Don’t make a dumb argument for that.
