BassSlayer Report post Posted January 9 Just speaking for Rosy lake, but the bass are on a really good bite now on crawfish. So look for areas that they would be- rocks and such and fish down were they are. Rubeer worm, jigs etc, might catch a new state record. But bundle up its cold out there. If you happen to snag a white johnny morris rod and reel with a swimbait on it over by school house launch its mine, a reply would be appreciated. 10

WHT_MTNMAN Report post Posted January 9 My buddy set us up for a trip down to Ol Mx and I'm getting pretty excited to catch some big bass. The older I get the more I'm getting back into fishing. It is much easier physically than hiking the mountains. Haha.

Roosevelt Mark Report post Posted January 10 Bass fishing has been outstanding at Roosevelt with a mild winter and 70 percent water level. Mid 50s surface temp is crazy for this time of year. This front that has been going through is going to change a bunch of things, they will be in the same places but a little deeper. Rosey has been fishing really good. Go get em.
