The set up I have costs 600.00 as a new set-up from Outdoorsman.

If you would like to buy it, I'll sell it to you for 450.00, and you pick up the delivery.

You might regret selling it if your new one has a problem during a hunt.

I usually have three tripods with me,

two I am using and a back up.

If I am going to be at a spot near my truck for a LONG time

I will set up the third so I have all 3 swaros to work with.

Just a thought unless you need the money

Come to think of it, you're probably spot on with that assessment.. On second thought, I might just hold onto it in the event I do need a second one. I was never in the market to get rid of it, and didnt really need the money from selling it either..

Thanks for clearing my head, Mike!!

Sorry about that guys.

hello - having a spare or several- is a good idea - i always pick up used tri-pods at yard sales-estate sales all the time - some inexpensive, some rather exspensive if bought new - used $5 - CRAZY -

I got one place i like to scout- i call tri-pod hill -seems every trip , i loose a piece of my tri-pod . check local pawn shops but make sure they have the release plates- $2 tripod worth nothing if you gotta spend $20 to get a release plate for it .

check craigslist - usually a few for less than $20 -- Gary
