I've had this for a few years and it's been great(I've taken it to Colorado and Utah), but don't use it much anymore unfortunately. I've replaced one of the leaf springs and a cable+pulley, it raises and lowers fine. Rear lights work as well so it's safe to drive on the road. Never bothered to hook up the water or gas but it would be easy, as you can see in the photos one of the drawers is broken as well. Canvas is in good condition. I've slept 6 in this before and it's perfect for anywhere between 2-6 people, either for hunting or camping. I have limited availability and can only really meet Tuesday-Friday in Flagstaff.
