I like mine in a little hot mustard. This is the Cabela's version but I think I'm gonna try the bearded butchers blend next time. I highly recommend you guys give it a whirl. Recommend an hour or more cold smoking with a pellet tube then start on low smoke first hour then bump up to 200-225 til internal temp. The slower you get to temp is better imo but if you add liquid smoke then do it as quick you want. As soon as you pull them from the grill throw them in ice water. I lived right down the road from Lebanon in PA. Already have the stuff in my Amazon cart. I found a YouTuber that has a great video on how to make it I didn't know it until I watch the video but it's actually not a cooked meat it's fermented.
