I just drove from Flagstaff to Phoenix and probably witnessed 40 traffic violations and not a single traffic stop anywhere. The GM caught one group who were supposedly cutting firewood but the blood draining out the back of the truck gave them away. They wrapped three does in a tarp and piled the cut wood on top of them. Was stuck behind a group of about 18 cars on I-10 the other day going 68-70 in the fast lane/left lane. (limit was 75) I edged over and saw no one in the right lane.
