Petition To Prohibit Hound Hunting In Arizona

Recommended Posts

Arizona's hunters are now in the cross hairs of the anti-hunting agenda. Please take the time to read this petition and please take the time to attend the meeting on December 6th. You can attend at any one of the regional offices. We need everyone one of us to attend and  step up to the mic and make a statement (respectfully). This is not just an attack on houndsmen and women, its a flat out attack on our hunting rights. Here is how this will work, the December 6th meeting is our moment to speak up about the petition. The commission will not openly discuss it at this meeting. They have 60 days to respond to the petition. Most likely at the January meeting they will respond with either rejecting it or with some other unfavorable response.

Believe it's racist to single out dogs and indirectly eliminate established and viable businesses that keep harmonic balance of all creatures, whereas The Center for Biological Diversity has unfavorable tipped the scales to allow predation by wolves on wildlife, cattle and probably have been known to attack recreating people.

What are all the AZ critter groups doing to support?

Can we just stop running dogs during archery elk hunts??

Why?  elk don’t seem to be affected by dogs on a trail.  I know the noise is unnerving, but they usually don’t blow out.

I guess it’s just dogs and handlers zig zaging under my stand for hours and eventually running around yelling out for their lost dog. It seemed to affect elk movement

I hope it passes , I think using a dog and walking up on a treed animal and shooting it 10-40 yards away is a complete joke 👍

And here is the problem…. Just because it’s not something that you agree with or wish to participate in you automatically want to take someone else’s legal right away from them. Pathetic. Hunters are hunters worst enemies. Always looking to take away another hunters method of take or way they hunt. I don’t understand why people can’t just live and let live.
