willhunt4coues Report post Posted March 2, 2009 We decided to hit rosy instead of going to san carlos on saturday and boy did we have fun. We only caught about 12 bass in a few hours. They were all in the backs of coves in about 2 to 6 feet of water. My buddy said he caught all of his in about 20 to 30 feet with texas rig worms and drop shots. I used white spinners which seemed to work the best. The males we caught already had the redish pink fins and were already on the beds. May go out again this weekend if the weather permits. I am glad I went to rosy instead of fighting the crowd. There was only one car at Grapevine when we got there.
